The Broadband Assistance Program provides wired, in-home broadband service for school-aged children (ages 5–18) whose household participates in one of the following programs: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, or Work First. Service will be provided by a commercial internet service provider selected by New Hanover County.
